This cake was fun! I made a 9"x13" cake and cut it like this: 
This was one of my favorite books as a kid and I really like the outcome! I didn't use coconut like it shows in the book, though. I used a grass tip and two different colors of frosting. I used a fruit roll up for the collar and a junior mint for the eye. It was a hit with my 2-yr-old!
