This cake was SOOO easy! For my daughter's 1st birthday she was already into dolls, so this was fun. It is just a round cake with colored coconut for the hair and M&M's for the face. The bow in the hair is not edible, but the other kids insisted it needed one! I think they were right!12/17/08
